Made for The Society by Jean-Marc Brocard, this was aged one third in oak foudres and two-thirds in steel. Pale green in the glass, it's deliciously racy, sappy and restrained, with lemon zest and white flowers. Lovely purity and citric length. Benchmark premier cru Chablis.
