A blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Aligoté, this is made from 40-year-old vines and aged on lees for 20 months. Fresh, dry and fruity, with crisp apple flavours and a hint of citrus. Like many crémants, it's not super-complex, but offers a good-value alternative to Champagne and is a step up from many Proseccos.

Creamy orchard fruit aromas, while the palate blends ripeness and richness with a lemon pith and apple zip. A buttery, leesy complexity develops across the palate, combining crème fraiche and pastry characters. The blend of Pinot Noir, Aligoté, Gamay and Chardonnay lends a soft richness to the finish.
