At this Mercurey estate, Vincent credits his father Jean-Pierre with identifying and purchasing many of their key sites. A delicious, characterful Bourgogne Rouge that balances slightly rustic tannins with appealing freshness and ripeness of fruit and long, lingering acidity. A subtle touch of oak adds to the appeal. A fine, leafy, elegant and complex wine with plenty of ageing potential.
