Golden yellow in colour. Lemon and white blossom aromas are laced with pastry and a herbal lick. The first sip is a mouthful of crushed oyster shells and fresh apples, closely followed by soft brioche tones and chalky textural finesse. A mineral-driven Champagne that's good value for money.
