Yellow apple, nutty banana peel and a touch of caramel on the nose. Crunchy acidity (4.5g/l) on the palate with more yellow apple fruits, red cherry sweetness (8.3g/l residual sugar) and honey-roasted nuts. Fine mousse, with creamy, rounded texture from malolactic fermentation, leading to toasty depth. Red fruits and lemon zest on the finish.

Matured on its lees for 18 months, this Pinot Noir-dominant non-vintage Champagne has a nice roundness to it, with crisp apple, hints of red fruits and spice, and some citrus zest. Good value.
