This keenly priced non-vintage Champagne is fresh as a daisy, with a hint of cream, and fresh, clean lemon citrus, green apple skin fruit. There's a good weight to this, and the price and flavour profile would make it a good choice to match with smoked salmon blinis. Definitely one for parties.
