Lallier, Loridon, Champagne, France NV

Loridon is a small plot of 1.6ha in Aÿ. The cuvée is elaborated with only Chardonnay grapes and a dosage of 3g/l. It has a lively and delicate nose of hazelnut, lemon, pastry and minerality. Taut and tense, the palate is firm but not austere, very fresh and delicate. It needs a few minutes to open up and fully reveal its appealing aromatic expression.
