Ter Noir is a blend of one-third Chardonnay, one-third Pinot Noir and one-third Pinot Meunier, with a dosage of 3g/l and no malolactic fermentation. Its limestone character stands out from the start with its apple, quince and spice bouquet. The palate is fresh and well-delineated, with the limestone-based acidity giving length.
