Pierre Paillard, Les Maillerettes Grand Cru Blanc de Noirs

Notes of red fruit find their way through the brioche and citrus aromas. It has a lovely honeyed palate, with black cherry fruit layered beneath citrus and pith. The mousse is well integrated and inviting, and the acidity is zesty without being harsh.
