Piollot Père & Fils, Cuvée Colas Robin Brut Nature

Rather mute on the nose, with notes of sourdough, hints of unripe fig and perhaps a touch of oxidation. The palate is a little flat, with stone fruit on the attack but then a rather lean and even bitter finish. The extreme dryness gives it a residual freshness.
