(disgorged June 2011) Soft nose of white fruit, creamy coffee, spice and pastry. Fresh aromatics, with floral elements filtering through the rich fruit on the palate. Vinous and powerful with age ahead. A great food wine as it’s absolutely dry as far as perception goes.
