Sainsbury's, Taste the Difference Île-de-Beauté Rosé, 2023

This pretty Provence-style rosé actually hails from Corsica. An interesting blend of Niellucciu, Sciaccarellu, Syrah, Grenache and Cinsault, it packs more punch than its pale onion skin colour might suggest, with up to six months on lees adding texture to the palate. Crisp red berry fruit on the nose and palate, alongside hints of peach and spice. Sure to be a hit at summer parties.
