Captivating sweet red-apple aromas and flavours with a herbaceous note to it. There’s a distinctive crunchiness to the red fruit character and a chewy, mouth-watering acidity that enchances the lingering mineral finish. This is attractive now but certainly has the potential to develop a bit further.
