Made by Château Larose-Trintaudon and sourced by Bordeaux négociant Schröder & Schÿler for Tanners, this textbook claret is great value for money. Herbaceous, savoury black fruit aromas with a hint of pencil lead are followed by a mouthful of savoury black and red fruit, edged with vanilla and spice. Nicely judged tannins lend support. Drinking delightfully now - bring on the roast beef!
