Herbal and fresh on the nose; lemon, peach, white flowers and lime flesh with some bitter zest giving nuance. Clean and pure, easy and gentle with mouthwatering citrus acidity given lift and depth by juicy pineapple and peach and quite prominent herbaceousness alongside toast, wet stone, flint and grapefruit elements that leave both a bitter and mineral lingering taste. Great to have with seafood, cheese or spicy food. I love the liveliness and juicy mid palate but it's more about the complexity of flavour and the mineral bitterness. Smooth and enjoyable.
