A blend of 90% Chardonnay with 10% Savagnin, this organic fizz from around Château Chalon is beautifully textured and full of rustic charm. Bruised red apple and hedgerow fruits, with waxy, hazelnut flavours. Cries out for terrine, toast and chutney.
