A complex and serious sparkling made from organic Chardonnay and Savagnin grapes. With no added sweetness at the disgorgement stage, this is crisp, dry and mouthwatering. Fine bubbles on the palate give way to deep lemon and lime flavours with touches of toast and almonds underpinned by vibrant acidity keeping things fresh and lively. A great food wine or perfect apéritif pairing with canapés.
