The Fruitière Vinicole d'Arbois is one of the first cooperative wineries ever established in France, founded in 1906. It now has almost 100 members covering a vineyard area of 270 hectares.This is a salty, yeasty cremant with notes of brioche and a lovely balanced mouthfeel. It has a zesty acidity, with citrus cutting through the richness on the long finish.
