Pardon My French, or don't, when it comes to this wine. Making a range of wines, this Fitou is a very good example of the appellation. A serious, pure nose of lavender, raspberry and plum; you can almost smell the earth in this bottle. Juicy, concentrated fruit and luscious smooth tannins make this an extremely enjoyable wine.
