A poised and structured French rosé, making a strong case for looking beyond Provence. The smart blend of Grenache (30% of which fermented in French oak), Cinsault (adding a crunchy, tannic pull) and Rolle, giving it soft, plush fruit). Cranberry, pomegranate and cherry fruit and underpinned by strong, ripe zestiness and supported by a strong mineral backbone. Lovely texture on the mid-palate ad pleasant lining of sweet spice and blanched almonds.
