Château Ollieux Romanis, Rosé, Corbieres, France 2019

Ollieux Romanis owns some of the oldest vines in the Corbières region. This 100% Grenache has an appealing rose tint, and restrained aromas of red berries. It's definitely in the delicate rather than fruit-forward camp, and would work better as a wine to accompany food than as an aperitif. I'd like to see a bit more acidity.
