Smokey plum, blueberry and cherry liqueur on the nose, with a savoury edge hinting at development. Aged in French oak barrels for 26 months, the blend of Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre and Carignan is rich in blueberry juice and inky minerals, spiced up by wood tannins, cigar box and clove. A long finish of prunes and herbal spices.
