Former sommelier Hervé Bizeul is better known for his reds, but this inviting, unoaked blend of Grenache Blanc, Vermentino, Roussanne and Macabeu from steep, chalky limestone slopes is a delicious drop for the price. Exotically fruity, waxy and nutty with a floral and saline seam running through a beautifully textured, generous palate.
