This organic blend of Grenache Blanc, Macabeu, Marsanne and Roussanne is fermented and matured in both oak and concrete egg. It has inviting aromas of peach skin, apricot, honeysuckle and citrus zest which lead to a lively and juicy palate with an instant hit of lemon pith, then tangerine rind and wet stone.
