A collaboration of sorts between Welsh winemaker in the Languedoc Katie Jones and her French husband Jean-Marc Astruc; she provides the Muscat (10%) he brings Carignan (70%) and Syrah (20%). The result is an easy-drinking, strawberry shortbread-flecked rosé that’s floral and supple with aromas of lilies and summer pudding.
