Picpoul de Pinet in a slightly different guise - and a different bottle shape too! Here we have a ripe, creamy expression of the style, thanks to the time spent sur lie (on the lees). Plush pineapple, lemon, peach and apricot swirl together with a dollop of creamy yoghurt. The palate is viscous and ripe, and is then swept away with spicy acidity.
