Katie Jones brings together the two white Grenache cousins in this Vignes Cachées (‘hidden vines’) cuvée. Like a wine-Alice in Wonderland, it opens with delicate lemon rind, red apple and white blossom before tumbling through a tunnel of cinnamon spice, toast and tonka bean and out the other side into rich marzipan, bitter almond skin and jasmine.
