Accomplished winemaker Katie Jones created this blend of co-fermented old vine Carignan, Grenache and Macabeu as a nod to the original Fitou appellation rules, which used to allow Macabeu to be blended with the red varieties. Its bright, vibrant dark fruit seduces the senses. Blueberries and plump plums. It's sumptuous and silky but with lovely juicy acidity. Well-integrated, fine-grained tannins are layered with pepper and slate in this harmonious wine. Member exclusive.
