Les Canots, Picpoul de Pinet, Languedoc-Roussillon 2020

Greeny glints in the glass, and the aromas are all about juicy green crunchy apples, fleshy lemons and lemon rind, lime zest and some delicate blossom. Quite full in the mouth, but tart at the same time, with a gooseberry led finish and a tingle on your tongue. There's some roundness right at the end.
