Made by Paul Sapin, the fruit sourced from vineyards in coastal Florensac. Crisp and dry, with breezy and zesty citrus flavours, a lovely mineral oyster-shell tang and palate-cleansing acidity. Nicely chilled and served up with a fresh seafood platter – what else could you ask for?
