Marks & Spencer, Found Blanquette de Limoux, Languedoc-Roussillon, France NV

This traditional-method fizz from Domaine Rosier is one of the standouts from M&S's new Found range. Blanquettes must be at least 90% Mauzac (here with 5% each of Chenin Blanc and Chardonnay) which gives flavours of orchard fruit and florals on the round, honeyed palate. There's a grassy apple-sorbet freshness running through too. Prosecco lovers should try this!
