With an attractive pink hue, this non-vintage Rivesaltes Vin Doux Naturel is a blend of three vintages, each aged oxidatively in 225L barrels for a minimum of five years after being fortified to 15.5-16% alcohol. It has an intense, sherry-like nuttiness with caramel and doughy aromas, joined by hints of citrus peel and red fruits to add more complexity. In the mouth, sweet spices, hazelnuts and candied orange peel combine, providing great depth and a lingering finish.
