Made by Laurent Miquel at his family winery, which has been producing wine here since 1791 and is the largest private producer in the St-Chinian appellation. A warm, friendly blend of 80% Syrah and 20% Grenache, it is densely packed with ripe dark red berries, garrigue herbs, fresh red-fruited acidity and soft tannins.
