Drinking Window: 2018 - 2020
Old-vine Carignan, Grenache and Syrah are farmed sustainably on a 15ha plateau vineyard, picking up the aromatic garrigue herbs of this southern region. With a little oak treatment here and some carbonic maceration fruitiness there, the result is a ripe, juicy, structured wine with a dusting of tannins, admirable length and refreshing balancing acidity. Great value and perfect for the Sunday roast.
