This Loire sweet wine has 160g/L residual sugar but has a lively freshness – the Chenin Blanc grapes that went into it weren't heavily botrytised so it's not a heavily luscious sticky like some dessert wines. Enjoy the lovely intense notes of stone fruit, orange citrus and buttered apples – tarte tatin is a suggested food match and would be delicious.
