Chereau-Carré, The Society's Muscadet Sèvre-at-Maine, Loire 2021

Fleshy yellow apple and white peach topped by lemon and white grapefruit zest. A touch of oyster shell adds delicious saline appeal. The mineral freshness is offset by the creamy width imparted by extensive lees work. Very gastronomic, with pleasant richness on the mid palate.
