A fleshy and complex rosé from Sancerre comprised of several different vintages of Pinot Noir, the result is beguiling—slightly orange-hued, with sweet pink roses, candied watermelon and mint aromatics. The palate is lush, fleshy ripe peach and candied apricot flavours are marked with a touch of honeyed fruit, and a touch of compelling herbs and spices carries a savoury finish. Delicious.
