Sustainably farmed Sauvignon Blanc from red flint soils at the highest points of the appellation. A complex and classy white, it displays a citrus, cream, flinty and grassy aroma followed in the mouth by a mineral, steely palate with good concentration of green fruits. Fresh and clean, with good acidity which extends the finish.
