This family estate in Restigné is an institution. Founded in 1640, the 14th generation farms its 38ha organically to produce expressive and pure Cabernet Franc at great value prices. This one boasts candied violets, redcurrant leaf and white pepper, supported by a lovely rounded palate that has bite from firm tannins.
