Domaine Denis Jamain, Les Chatillons Pinot Gris Rosé 2018

Pinot Gris is unique to Reuilly in the Loire, and Denis Jamain has 4ha. This is a gorgeous onion skin- hued rosé, where four months of lees ageing has delivered a complex, textured palate of pomegranate and cranberry, and an Aperol-like tangy orange twist.
