The Loire does this kind of red so well – affordable, light, juicy and clean, intended for drinking in its youth and perfect to accompany charcuterie. It's produced organically from Cabernet Franc, and is unoaked. There's plenty of tart red cherry fruit – just supple, uncomplicated easy drinking. Perfect as we approach the early summer months – serve slightly cool.
