This wine has those classic Pouilly-Fumé Sauvignon scents of cut grass, with citrus notes and just a hint of earthiness. It's light, tight and mildly concentrated, with a bit of the 2018 vintage fullness on display. It has good acidity that will make this a good match with a goats cheese salad.
