This 'intro' cuvée to Domaine Moreux's Pouilly-Fumé is just that, more about the fruit than the terroir. As such, this blend of various plots lacks the minerality of the more expensive Caillotes and the flagship wine La Loge aux Moines, but it's still appealing, open and expressive on the nose, with firm, tangy mouthwatering citrus fruit and piercing acidity on the palate.
