Morrisons, The Best Muscadet Sèvre et Maine, Sur Lie, France, 2019

A Muscadet made in partnership with artisanal producer Gilbert Chon. Candied pear, green apple and white flower on the nose, crisp lemon and green apple peel on the palate, plus a grassy, white pepper spiced undertone. The wine was kept on lees until March following the vintage, which gave it a touch of honey and more weighted texture, followed by a cleansing finish.
