Warming, enveloping, dark, ripe fruit flavours on the nose. More of a New World style – a lot of new wood here, but this balances the ripeness well. Cedar and spices. Soft and generous on the palate. 95% Syrah co-fermented with a touch of Viognier. A supple wine with structure from firm tannins and good length to finish.
