Château des Sarrins, Rosé Grand Cuvée, Côtes de Provence, France 2023

What you'd call a more 'serious' rosé, this shows good complexity in both aroma and flavour, flitting between roses and blossom to fleshy peach. A hint of freshly washed linen lingers high over the glass. This is more than an easy-drinker, with depth and concentration, notes of vanilla bean, cashew and bitter almond filling out the finish.
