If you're wondering what the ‘Studio’ is referring too, it's a nod to the estate's on-site recording studio, revived in 2022 by current owner, Brad Pitt and producer, Damien Quintard. The original studio, built in 1977, saw rock royalty such as Pink Floyd, AC/DC and The Cure lay down tracks there.
