Due to hit the shelves this June, this is a must-try white for the summer season. You don't often see Provence white on the high street, but taste this and you'll wonder why it's not as well-known as the region's rosés. Made from Vermentino (known as Rolle in Provence) with a dash of Ugni Blanc, the wine sees no oak contact but does spend four months maturing on the lees. This gives it a lovely leesy weight, but the overriding impression is one of delicacy and poise. Clean and fresh with expressive lemon citrus notes, this is also heavy with white blossom florality. A delicious match for simply grilled fish, or a fennel and lemon risotto. Mix-six price: £13.99.
