Domaine du Mas Ensoleillé, Méditérranée, Provence, 2019

Based in Aix de Provence, this rosé is typically Provencal in its pale pink shades. It's a touch sweeter in flavour than a typical wine from the Côtes de Provence appellation and it lacks the lovely creamy spiciness many of these offer, but nonetheless its flavours are in the same spectrum of light cherry and raspberry fruits with a touch of wild herbs.
