Pale, salmon pink with flecks of orangey peach. Little restrained on the nose with hints of apricot, spice and herbs which carries through onto the palate. Concentrated and weighty with great chewy mineral acidity that is structural and mouth-watering, making it refreshing, albeit a little understated. The complexity will come.
